Returns Policy

Returns

  • You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you receive it.
  • We will only accept returns if the ordered item is not the shipped item. The item must not be opened and in good condition.
  • We will ship the exchange item for the return if we confirmed that we receive the returned item/s.
  • The shipping fee for the returned item/s will be handled by us.

Damaged or Broken Items

  • We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packed, and well-protected.
  • We are not liable for any broken items during shipping.
  • Any items that are not insured in the shipping will be shipped at the customer’s own risk.
  • Regarding the supplies that are damaged or have a factory defect, please send us the picture or video report so we can inform the manufacturer and replace the damaged supplies.

Shipping Delay

  • You can rest assured that once we received your payment we’ll ship your item immediately.
  • Any given days of shipping arrival are just estimations.
  • Any delay in the arrival of the items shipped is not our responsibility but of the courier, but we will provide assistance.

Advisory

  • Complaints regarding broken, damaged, or missing items must be properly documented.
  • The client must provide a video starting from opening the parcel until the last item/box has been opened and checked.
  • Cut or edited videos and photos shall not be considered valid proof just to be fair for both of us.
